OCC at the Newham Volunteer Fair (2026)

On Thursday, the 4th of June 2026, Our Community Cares (OCC) attended the Newham Volunteers Fair!
A fruitful event, where we met the new Mayor of Newham, allowing us the opportunity to discuss what was needed in order to improve and continue, serving the community to the best of our abilities. This event was an opportunity for OCC to celebrate, with Newham, a community that gets involved and promotes kindness by assisting others by being a volunteer.

It was a wonderful occasion that gave others a glimpse into the service that OCC provides for our community, as well as a possibility for us to connect with various local organisations and individuals who may be interested in our service or volunteering with us.
