Experienced counsellor and community project leader with over 20 years of experience supporting vulnerable adults, including those affected by domestic abuse, grief, loss, and mental health challenges. A qualified counsellor for 5+ years and an accredited member of BACP, committed to ethical practice and client wellbeing. Skilled in active listening, building trust, managing caseloads, and facilitating both individual and group sessions. Founder and project manager of Our Community Cares Solutions, with a strong track record in community engagement, volunteer management, and partnership building. Compassionate, professional, and dedicated to empowering individuals and strengthening communities.

OCC is committed to fostering a community where family values are nurtured, and women are empowered. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support to anyone that is a victim of domestic abuse especially women, ensuring their safety and well-being. We aim to uplift women through education, training, and employment programs, enabling them to achieve independence and fulfilment. Additionally, we strive to create recreational facilities and opportunities that enhance the overall quality of life for women in our community.
 
Our vision is to foster a compassionate and inclusive community where family values are cherished and are empowered to reach their full potential. We are dedicated to supporting victims of domestic abuse by providing comprehensive assistance and resources. Through education, training, and employment programs, we aim to uplift women and enable them to lead independent, fulfilling lives. Additionally, we strive to create recreational facilities and opportunities that promote the well-being and engagement of women within our community.
As well as this we are partnered with Newham Food Alliance, The Felix Project, Feeding Britain and City Harvest, all of which provide us with food.
